Brolly Best Practices
Are service minutes being met? Here's one way to know.
In response to increased accountability around tracking services and ensuring the delivered services meet those outlined in the IEP, Brolly developed a way for teachers and providers to track toward anticipated minutes.
This Premier Tier feature takes compliance oversight to the next level, allowing administrators a clear picture into which services are or are not being filfilled in accordance with the IEP. In turn, this allows you to identify and address compliance conerns in your district proactively.
Service Fulfillment Tracking
Brolly's Service Fulfillment Tracking feature provides insight into student services and compares delivered service minutes to required minutes, as pulled from the IEP. As providers track services in Brolly, administrator dashboards reflect real time progress toward each students' required minutes. Administrators can quickly identify if minutes are not being met and address any potential gaps in services. The dashboard can be filtered by various data points - school, grade level, % service fulfillment and more.
Digging Deeper
By selecting a student from the dashboard above, an administrator can view the full profile of any student (as seen below). These student level dashboards allow administrators to identify which services are being fulfilled, in accordance with the minutes in the IEP, and which are behind. Brolly makes regular updates to this student detail dashboard, providing a robust look at each student’s service provision, location of service, providers responsible for service, and student progress toward annual goals.
